•  Led team of 12 for the installation of over 2,100 micropiles for a data center project, ensuring adherence to geotechnical specifications, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining strict quality control throughout deep foundation operations.
•  Scheduled work orders for drilling and grouting inspections, reviewed daily inspection reports, and raised non-compliances to ensure timely corrective actions and adherence to project specifications.

• Inspected pile load tests to ensure gauge readings were accurate and not off the grid, aligning with design tolerances; plotted stress vs. strain graphs to identify yield strength and assess structural performance.
• Performed field tests as part of training, including DCP, proof rolling, compaction, slump, and air pressure checks for soils and concrete to evaluate material quality and site conditions.

•  Performed detailed quantity takeoffs and estimates using Excel and Candy software for deep foundation techniques, including drilled shafts, auger cast piles, secant walls, and ground improvements on large-scale projects.
•  Prepared and distributed comprehensive bid packages to vendors, ensuring accurate pricing and material sourcing.
• Calculated pile depths using skin friction and capacities from the Geotech report to submit rough order magnitude budgets.

  • Orchestrated the successful management and execution of 120+ interior design projects over a three-year period.

  • Led 7 comprehensive construction contracts, managing all aspects from planning and design to construction and interior furnishings.

  • Founded and directed a team of 6 professionals, facilitating a strategic shift from design-centric projects to overseeing end-to-end construction contracts for small-scale initiatives.
